Friendly and helpfull management

Roommaids were not able to check the romm completely for the things that should have been in the room, e.g. cups, hair dryer!

The staff are really helpful. After I arrived, one of the staff showed me the way to my room even though it was late. And then he gave me free couple noodles which was very good after my long flight.

Nothing really. It's worth the price.

I did not like the room. The bed was too soft. The sheets were also too small. The room was musty. The carpet was dirty. We decided to stay only because we were so far away form home, and our meetings were in the morning. I will NEVER stay there again!!!!

Localization to LAX airport, clean & confortable, nice team. Free park and internet. Very good relation price & quality.

If one could make a cup of coffee would be nice especially if you check in late when everything is closed. A little milk in the fridge to go with it would be nice also. A little selection of cold drinks in the fridge would go down well also.

I had an emergency lay-over on my trip back to New Zealand and I stayed at LAX suites. My mother booed the motel for me from NZ and I arrived to have my room ready and booking complete. The owner was a very nice man, and as I didnt have the proper charger for my phone for america (wrong voltage) he was more than happy to help me out with one of his own and was very friendly and supportive for my emergency stay. He gave me a late checkout at no extra charge so I didnt have to wait at the airport any linger than I had to for a late night flight home.

Very close to the airport, MIke the manager is nice.

Very simple hotel, dont expect too much. Rooms need to be renovated.

It was very close to LAX airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The decor was very tierd. Although we had a kitchen, there were no plates, pans, cutlery, cups etc. Kitchen/appliences were in need of updating.

Near the airport but not the best area. AC was a bit noisy. Refrigerator was very basic.

There were lots of cars in the lot but virtually no room lights on at 10 PM. It looks busy, but I think the hotel is renting parking spaces to LAX staff. There was a note in the office about getting towed if you didn't have a valid LAX employee permit. I asked about it and was told not to worry about it. The matress and the TV were ok, but the overall appearence of the room was very dated. Water was only lukewarm. Manager didn't speak very good Engrish and wasn't very friendly.

The integrated nature of the various services. I esspecially liked the courtesy and helpfulness of the maintenance man, Richy ?, and the shuttle drivers.

Each am, between 3.30 and 5.30am, I was awoken by person/s immediately above 306, presumably starting their day. The noises were the usual ones - the clicking of the water heater as it was activated, high-heels on a hard (wooden ?) floor and of someone in slippers (?) and othe shower. This is not a compplaint but rather to alert you in case you're not aware that vertical insulation appears a problem. Horizontal insulation appears excellent.

They need to cut their palm trees luckly my car missed two palm frawns dropping next into the empty park spot.over all it was cheap but needs new carpet.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly, give us many adivse about citytrip the location is good, near to airport all the convinience we need including free wifi free parking, even a small kichen inside the room we choose to stay here one more day

The staff were every welcoming. They took very good care of my boyfriend and I while we stayed there. The beds are very comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was very good. I thought it was going to be very shady but once we arrived my boyfriend and I were both very pleased. I work in an upscale hotel myself, so I am very happy to have stayed at a affordable hotel with a good staff. I will be making that my hotel of choice every time I go to la. And the suite with the bath tub is amazing.

The style is a little out dated. The rooms smell a little funny. Possible get fresheners for the carpet when the maids are cleaning, smell old. But you end up getting use to it.
